If you don't need to customize your schedule or add any other dietary restrictions, you can use our pre-made Whole30 template that provides 3 meals a day, 7 days a week to help you rock your Whole30.
If you are using the mobile app, you will follow the steps below. If you are using the website, click here to learn how to add a template for your Whole30 meal plan.
Add a Template
- Open your Meal Planner
- Click the 3 bars in the upper right corner
- Select View Templates
- Use the drop down arrow to Pick Template
- Select Whole30 Default Meal Plan
- Pick the start day for your Whole30 using the calendar icon

- This is the day when the template will begin
- Click Continue
- Click Apply Template
Remove a Template
If you have a week when you would like a different plan, you can remove the template for that week.

- Open your Meal Planner
- Click the 3 bars in the upper right corner
- Select View Templates
- Click the X next to the week that you would like to remove
- Confirm that you want to remove the template from that week
- This will remove the template only from that week
- To remove them from all weeks, you will need to click the x next to each week
- Click the back arrow in the upper left corner or the calendar icon in the bottom left corner
- You will need to manually schedule recipes or allow the meal planner to select them for you
