To upgrade your subscription to quarterly or annual, follow the steps below:
Important reminders
- All of our subscriptions are recurring
- You will be automatically billed until you cancel
- Once you cancel, you will still have access to the subscription for the period for which you have already paid
- Renewal payments are non-refundable
Upgrade your subscription through the website
If you purchased your subscription through the website, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account through the website
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the website (this is where you access your Settings)
- Click My Account
- Click Upgrade Subscriptions on the left side of the screen
- Click Upgrade my subscription
- Click the subscription you would like for your upgrade
- The upgrade is applied to your account at the time of your next renewal
Upgrade your subscription though the mobile app
If you purchased your subscription through the app, follow these steps:
- Purchases made through the app store must be managed within the appropriate app store
- If you purchased through Apple:
- Follow these instructions for managing your subscriptions: Apple - View, change, or cancel your subscriptions
- If you purchased through the Google Play Store:
- You will need to cancel the current subscription and then purchase a new quarterly or annual subscription using the same email address
- Open the Google Play Store
- Click on the My Subscriptions tab
- Find the subscription you want to cancel
- Click Cancel
- Note: You will have access to your account until the end of your paid subscription period
- Once the subscription has ended, select the quarterly or annual subscription in the app store
