How to Update Your Profile Information and Email Address

With our Profile page, you can update your personal information all in one place.

Update your profile on the website

If you are using the website: 

• Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the website (this is where you access your Settings)
• Click on Profile
• Information that can be updated under Profile:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email address (Username)
  • Password
  • The hemisphere where you are located
  • Your time zone
  • Your phone number
  • The shop where you buy most of your ingredients
• Click Update

Update your profile on the mobile app

If you are using the mobile app:  

• Click the gear icon in the lower right corner of the app (this is where you access your Settings)
• Click on Profile
• Click on Basic Information to update:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email address (Username)
  • Your phone number
  • The hemisphere where you are located
  • Your time zone
  • The shop where you buy most of your ingredients
• Click on Password to change your password
• Click Update information
