If your purchases were made through our website, you can update your payment information at any time following the steps below. This feature is currently available only on our website.
If your purchases were made through the mobile app, you will need to update your payment information through the app store directly.
Update your payment information
- Log in to your account through the website
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the website (this is where you access your Settings)
- Click My Account
- Click Payment Information
- Click on a gray cell and enter your updated information
- Click Update
Note: If you receive an error message stating that your card is not valid, please clear the cache in your web browser and then try again. In most cases, clearing the web browser's cache will resolve the error message.
View your invoices
- Click on the HOLSQ number under Order ID to view an invoice
- Invoices include payment details, a description of the charges, and the amount(s) charged
