How to Navigate Between Weeks Using the Mobile App

The meal planner provides you with access to 4 weeks of meal plans:  your current week and the following three weeks.

If you are using the mobile app, you will follow the steps below.  Website users, click here.

Access your Meal Planner

  • Click on the calendar icon in the bottom left corner 

View future weeks

  • Click on This Week at the top of the screen
  • Click on Next Week at the top of the calendar window that opens to view the next week
    • The selected dates will be highlighted to show the week you have chosen
  • Or click on the start day of the week that you want to view
    • The selected dates will be highlighted to show the week you have chosen
  • Click Plan week
    • The week that is now showing will be indicated at the top of the meal plan

View past weeks

  • Click on This Week at the top of the screen
  • Click on the start day of the week that you want to view
    • When viewing previous meal plans, the app is limited to the previous 3 months
    • To view meal plans prior to that time, please log in through the website
  • Click Plan week
    • The week that is now showing will be indicated at the top of the meal plan

Pro tip: Meal Plans are only created when you log in to your account. Be sure to log in each week and view your plan so you can make changes to fit your week.
