**All of our subscriptions are recurring orders and will be billed automatically until cancelled based on the schedule you chose at signup- monthly, quarterly, or annually.**
You can check the status of your subscription at any time by heading to Settings->My Account-> Subscription.
You can upgrade your monthly subscription to quarterly or annually right from your My Account page for significant savings as compared to our regular monthly rate.
How to Cancel Your Account
We hope you love Real Plans so much that you never want to leave, but since we are committed to excellent customer service, we’ve made it super easy for you to cancel your subscription. This is best done from a desktop or laptop computer.
Before you cancel, we encourage you to come to chat so one of our awesome team members can offer assistance and give you some pro tips for making Real Plans work for you. Many problems can be easily solved in chat or through a personal phone call from one of our Meal Planning Specialists. If you still wish to cancel, simply head to Settings>My Account and click on "Cancel Account" right there on the bottom left of your My Account page to be taken through the cancellation process. You will continue to have access to Real Plans until the end of your paid subscription period.
