How to update your Payment Information

As Real Plans is a subscription service, it's important to make sure your payment information stays up to date so you always have access to your account. If you purchased on the website, you will need to access the site through an internet browser to update the payment information under Settings > My Account > Payment Information. Check out our full tutorial here.

 

How to upgrade your subscription

If you would like to upgrade your subscription to either a quarterly or annual subscription, please visit our website. Once logged in to your account, you will navigate to Settings > My Account > Subscription. Select either Quarterly or Annual, and your new subscription length will begin at your next renewal. How to add our contributor recipes to your account

Real Plans has some wonderful contributors that accommodate many different diet types if you are looking to add some recipes to your Recipe Box.  If you would like to subscribe to a contributor add-on, you can easily do that straight from the app!  Tap the Real Plans logo bar at the bottom of your screen, and then tap "My Settings".  Select "Upgrade Recipes".  There, you will see the list of available add-ons.  To find more information about our contributors, click here.  When you know which contributor you would like to add, simply click on "Buy" next to your choice.  You will then be taken through the checkout process.  Please note that this will be a Google Play or iTunes purchase and will be under their terms and conditions.  If you prefer, you can purchase your add-on directly from Real Plans using our website.  If your basic Real Plans subscription was purchased from our website, it is recommended to make your upgrade purchases from our website, as well.  To learn how to purchase an upgrade from our website, please click here.

Once you have completed your purchase, your new recipes will be added to your account. (You may need to log out and back in to reset your account with the upgrade.)

 

How to cancel your Real Plans subscription

We are so sorry to see you go!  In most cases, you are a 5-minute conversation away from becoming a Meal Planning Rock Star! If you still decide that you'd like to cancel, you can cancel your account at any time by logging into our website and going to Settings > My Account. Click Cancel Account on the bottom of the screen.  Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to the site for the remainder of your paid subscription period.

Managing your subscription purchased via iTunes

When purchased through Apple, you will need to manage your subscription through the App Store.

You can choose a different subscription period (such as changing from monthly to yearly) or turn off Automatic Renewal to cancel a subscription.
* Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to the site for the remainder of your subscription.

How to request a refund from Apple

Because payments made through iTunes and the App Store purchases are processed by Apple, we cannot refund you directly. Real Plans doesn't process those and we only receive the payment confirmation from Apple.

To directly ask for a refund from Apple please visit here and click on “Report a Problem”. A new window will open so you can select the reason you're requesting a refund and fill in the description.
*If a refund is processed, your subscription will be immediately cancelled and you will no longer have access to your account.

 

Managing your subscription purchased via Google Play Store

If you purchased through Google Play Store, you will need to manage your subscription there.
Go to https://play.google.com/store/account
Find the subscription you want to cancel and click Cancel Subscription.
*If you cancel, you will continue to have access to the site for the remainder of your subscription.

 

How to request a refund from Google

If your purchase was made through Google Play Store, we cannot refund you directly. You'll need to cancel your subscription as per the directions above and then go here to request your refund.
*If a refund is processed, your subscription will be immediately cancelled and you will no longer have access to your account.
